It is with great pleasure that we report the completion of the short biographies of Lodge Temperance’s forty eight World War 1 dead and members who saw active service but were fortunate enough to survive the war.

The Lodge’s hand written Roll of Honour lists fourteen names, ranks and service, plus one whose boat was commandeered by the Government.
Thirty three other members are mentioned in the minutes and registers of Lodge Temperance but are not listed on the hand written Roll of Honour.

We have identified the military service of all but five members, so if you can help please get in touch.

You can read the biographies here.
